The Kahlua Dragon Boat is constructed by Master Boat Builder, Bill Burek, in Toronto, CANADA.  Using only professional quality materials and manufacturing processes the hull is fabricated using an 8mm GRP fibreglass - closed cell foam core lay-up.  All interior components; inwale, seats, drum and steering platforms are high quality marine plywood encapsulated in an epoxy fibreglass layer and finished with 5 coats of UV marine varnish.  This combination of materials and workmanship results in an extremely rigid, long lasting hull which weighs in at precisely the minimum allowable IDBF specification: 250kg.  The Kahlua Dragon Boat is the only boat constructed with 5 degree tilted seats and flush cap rail built right into the design.
